What You’ll Do
Provide direct resident care according to individualized care plans
Assist with daily activities, personal care, and resident safety
Follow infection control procedures and safety protocols
Accurately complete documentation, including vital signs
Immediately report any violation of the Residents’ Bill of Rights
What You Bring
Current Wisconsin CNA license (required)
Completion of an approved CNA training program
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Service-focused mindset with a desire to learn
Dependable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
