About This Position
Job Title: Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). Location: Federal Way, WA (Hybrid: In-Office & Telehealth) Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week, Monday – Friday). Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 / year base salary (with productivity bonus incentives, total earning potential up to $220,000+ DOE)
About the Position: Clover Hope Mental Health Services is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and patient-centered Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our growing outpatient mental health practice. This is a full-time hybrid position, offering a balance of in-office clinical care at our Federal Way location and telehealth services while providing high-quality psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and adults.
Minimum Qualifications:
Active, unrestricted Washington State Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) license (or license eligible).
Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) through the ANCC.
Minimum of one (1) year of outpatient clinical experience as a practicing PMHNP preferred (motivated new graduates with relevant clinical rotation experience are encouraged to apply).
Active DEA registration (or ability to obtain prior to employment) and Washington prescriptive authority.
Strong diagnostic, clinical documentation, and communication skills.
Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health conditions across diverse patient populations.
Formulate, implement, and monitor individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, conducting timely follow-up visits.
Maintain accurate, timely, and complete medical records within the EHR.
Collaborate closely with therapists, primary care providers, and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
Deliver outpatient psychiatric care via in-person office visits and secure telehealth appointments.
Participate in clinic team meetings and clinical quality improvement initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
Clinical experience treating ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, schizophrenia, and substance use disorders.
Familiarity or clinical experience with Spravato® (esketamine) treatment protocols.
Bilingual language skills.
