About This Position
North Peak Care is a Washington home infusion company, built here, staffed here. We partner with specialty pharmacies to get experienced nurses into patients' homes and to make that experience better for the nurse, not just the pharmacy.
We're early. First assignments start within 60 days, and we're bringing on 5-10 nurses as we grow our pharmacy network. If you want to be one of the first people in a company instead of a badge number at a national agency, this is that moment
The Role
As an Independent Nurse Contractor (1099) with North Peak Care, you'll provide home infusion nursing services to patients across the Seattle/Tacoma metro area. You'll administer IV therapies in patient homes under the clinical protocols of our specialty pharmacy partners, document your visits through our charting portal, and deliver the kind of one-on-one care that makes a real difference.
The work
You'll administer IV therapies: IVIG, SCIG, biologics, specialty drugs in patients' homes under our pharmacy partners' clinical protocols. Full assessments, IV access (peripheral, PICC, ports), pre-meds per order, monitoring and reacting to infusion reactions, patient education, and charting in our portal.
One patient. One room. However long it takes. No hallway triage.
You'll need
Active WA RN license (or Compact multistate)
3+ years hospital experience — ER, ICU, or infusion
Current BLS
Your own professional liability insurance (around $200 a year)
Reliable car, valid license, and a phone or laptop for charting
Solid IV start skills and comfort with central lines
The judgment to work alone in someone's living room
Nice to have: ACLS or PALS · CRNI or IgCN · home infusion or infusion center experience · chemo/immunotherapy certification
What we're offering
Real rates. We're not owned by private equity, so more of the visit rate reaches you. Range: $70-90/hr
Accept or decline, every time. No minimums, no penalties. You choose what works with your schedule.
A person, not a portal. You'll have a direct line to the people running this company. Text us.
What We're Looking For
Active, unencumbered RN license in Washington State
Hospital nursing experience (3 years minimum - ER, ICU, infusion center)
Current BLS certification
Professional liability / malpractice insurance (around $200 a year)
Ability to work independently in a home setting
The honest part
This is 1099 work, not W-2, you will handle your own taxes, insurance, and equipment. Volume will be light at first and grow as we sign pharmacies. Background check and credentialing before your first visit.
Interested?
Send us an email describing your experience and questions and we will reach out to you to further discuss your path to joining our nurse network.
