CNA certification is desirable but not required.

What You'll Do
As a CNA/Resident Assistant, you'll get to know our residents and provide individualized support based on their needs and preferences.
Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, dining, and other activities of daily living
Provide care according to each resident's Individual Service Plan (ISP)
Assist residents with mobility and transfers using appropriate equipment and safe practices
Complete wellness checks and respond promptly to resident calls and alarms
Observe residents for changes in condition or behavior and promptly report concerns
Accurately document resident care and services
Assist with medications when appropriately trained and delegated
Follow resident-rights, infection prevention, and safety requirements
Participate in required meetings and training
Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and homelike environment
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers
What We're Looking For
We're looking for people who are compassionate, dependable, and genuinely enjoy helping others.
High school diploma or GED preferred
CNA certification desirable, but not required
Previous caregiving, assisted living, memory care, or senior living experience is a plus
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Willingness to complete required CBRF certifications and training
Ability to safely use applicable resident transfer and mobility equipment
Schedule
Our residents depend on us 24/7, so opportunities may be available across day, evening, and night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Shift differentials may be available for eligible shifts.
