About This Position
CNA / Caregiver / DSP – Flexible Staffing Opportunities
AdvantaCare Staffing is growing! We are looking for dependable, compassionate, and hardworking CNAs, Caregivers, and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our staffing team.
Our employees will have opportunities to work temporary, PRN, part-time, and full-time assignments with healthcare and residential care facilities throughout the Milwaukee and surrounding Wisconsin areas.
What We Offer
Competitive pay: $18–$22/hour, depending on position, experience, credentials, and assignment
Flexible scheduling
Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities
Opportunities to gain experience in different healthcare settings
Supportive staffing team
Opportunities to pick up additional shifts as available
Responsibilities
Depending on the position and assignment, responsibilities may include:
Providing compassionate care and support to clients/residents
Assisting with activities of daily living
Assisting with mobility, personal care, and daily routines
Following each client's care plan and facility policies
Maintaining a safe and respectful environment
Communicating changes or concerns to the appropriate supervisor
Completing required documentation and timesheets
Following all applicable health, safety, and confidentiality requirements
RequirementsCNA Applicants
Current Wisconsin CNA certification
Reliable transportation to assigned facilities
Ability to successfully complete required background screening
Ability to meet client/facility-specific requirements
Caregiver Applicants
Current CBRF certification required
Previous caregiving or direct-care experience preferred
Reliable transportation to assigned facilities
Ability to successfully complete required background screening
Ability to meet client/facility-specific requirements
DSP Applicants
Previous experience supporting individuals with disabilities preferred
Reliable transportation
Ability to successfully complete required background screening
Ability to meet client-specific training and certification requirements
