We are seeking a dependable and caring Mobile Medical Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients—especially adults and seniors—by providing respectful, reliable care in the comfort of their own environment.

Qualifications:
● Current California Certified Phlebotomy Technician I (CPT I) license – REQUIRED
Graduated from an accredited program and possess a medical assistance certificate or transcript.
● Minimum 1–2 years of Medical Assistant & phlebotomy work experience - Required
● Valid California Driver’s License
● Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient locations
● Strong phlebotomy and specimen collection skills
● Excellent communication and patient-care skills
● Ability to work independently while staying connected with the care team
● Professional, dependable, punctual, and compassionate
● Comfortable working with adult and senior patient populations
● Bilingual English/Spanish - REQUIRED
Responsibilities:
● Travel to patients’ homes and assigned locations to provide mobile medical support
● Perform blood draws and specimen collection within your scope of practice
● Obtain and document vital signs and patient information
● Assist healthcare providers during mobile patient visits
● Create a calm, respectful, and reassuring experience for each patient
● Properly label, handle, and prepare specimens for transport
● Maintain accurate and timely documentation
● Follow infection-control, HIPAA, safety, and company protocols
● Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and the clinical/operations team
● Maintain and organize mobile medical supplies
● Represent ULS AllCare Health Services with professionalism and compassion in every visit
Experience & Licensing:
