We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as CNA Bath Aides at Saint Joseph's Villa & Court in David City, NE. As a CNA Bath Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our residents and ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with personal hygiene and grooming needs
Provide support with bathing and dressing
Help residents move in and out of bed, as well as with walking and exercise
Monitor and report any changes in residents' health or behavior
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Qualifications:
Valid CNA certification
Prior experience as a CNA Bath Aide is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Passion for helping others and providing compassionate care
