Rancho Bellagio Post-Acute is seeking a compassionate and reliable Full-Time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our nursing team on the night (PM) shift. This role is ideal for an LVN who is committed to providing high-quality care in a skilled nursing environment.
Pay Range: $29–$33 per hour, DOE
Schedule: Full-Time | PM Shift
Location: Rancho Bellagio Post-Acute
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly
Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure quality resident outcomes
Uphold all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
Current and active California LVN license
Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently during overnight hours
Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
