What You'll Do
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to the clinical team
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff as appropriate
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality outcomes
Promote a positive, compassionate, and respectful environment for residents and families
Qualifications
Current California LVN license in good standing
Current CPR/BLS certification
Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong communication and organizational skills
Dedication to providing exceptional resident care
