About This Position

We are seeking experienced Seasonal Regional Traveling Working LVN Supervisors to support employee health clinic operations throughout California during the 2026 influenza vaccination season.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for experienced LVNs who enjoy clinical care, team coordination, and regional travel. The Regional Working LVN Supervisor will oversee seasonal clinic operations while actively providing employee health services at multiple government and institutional locations throughout California.

This role combines clinical supervision, mobile clinic operations, staff leadership, and direct patient care to ensure successful delivery of large-scale employee health programs.

Important: Services are provided for employees only — no inmate or patient population care is involved.

Positions Available

We are hiring three Regional Working LVN Supervisors to support assigned territories:

Northern California Regional Supervisor

Central California Regional Supervisor

Southern California Regional Supervisor

Supervisors must reside within or near their assigned region and be available to travel throughout their designated territory.

Position Details

Assignment Dates: September 2026 – December 2026

Employment Type: Seasonal Travel Nursing – Working Supervisor

Schedule: Travel approximately 4–5 days per week during peak flu season

Work Setting: Mobile employee health clinics at multiple government and institutional facilities throughout California

The Regional Working LVN Supervisor serves as an onsite clinical leader responsible for supporting seasonal clinic teams, coordinating daily operations, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring consistent delivery of employee health services.

Supported locations may include state institutions, county facilities, and other contracted employee health sites.

Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership & Operations

Provide onsite clinical leadership for assigned regional employee health clinics

Serve as the primary onsite clinical contact for assigned locations

Supervise, support, and coordinate seasonal LVNs and clinic staff

Manage daily clinic workflow, staffing needs, and operational priorities

Train and mentor seasonal clinical team members

Communicate operational updates, challenges, and needs to leadership

Promote a professional, organized, and team-focused clinic environment

Hands-On Clinical Services

The Regional Supervisor will actively provide employee health services, including:

Administering influenza vaccines and other immunizations

Performing TB testing (PPD)

Performing blood draws/venipuncture

Supporting employee health screenings

Completing accurate clinical documentation

Following established clinical protocols and safety standards

Quality & Compliance Oversight

Ensure compliance with contract requirements, clinical protocols, and company standards

Monitor documentation accuracy and clinic workflow standards

Maintain accountability of vaccines, supplies, and medical equipment

Support consistent delivery of high-quality employee health services

Identify operational needs and communicate improvement opportunities

Qualifications

Required

Active and current California LVN License

Current BLS Certification

Experience administering immunizations

Experience performing venipuncture/blood draws

Reliable transportation

Ability to travel throughout assigned region during the seasonal assignment

Preferred

Minimum 2 years of LVN clinical experience preferred

Minimum 1 year of supervisory, lead LVN, charge nurse, clinic coordinator, or team leadership experience preferred

Experience with:

Employee health services

Occupational health programs

Mobile clinic operations

Seasonal vaccination clinics

Clinical team coordination

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

Strong clinical judgment and professionalism

Leadership presence and accountability

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently in a mobile healthcare environment

Ability to manage multiple clinic locations and changing priorities

Facility Access & Background Requirements

Selected candidates must:

Successfully complete required facility background screening and clearance processes

Meet all access requirements prior to beginning assignment

Maintain professional conduct and comply with all onsite facility policies and procedures

Employment is contingent upon successful clearance approval.

Regional Residency Requirement

Candidates must reside within or near their assigned service region:

Northern California Regional SupervisorSupports assigned Northern California locations.

Central California Regional SupervisorSupports assigned Central California locations.

Southern California Regional SupervisorSupports assigned Southern California locations.

Supervisors must be available for regional travel throughout the seasonal assignment.

Travel Requirements & Benefits

This position requires extensive regional travel during the seasonal assignment.

Candidates must:

Have reliable personal transportation

Be willing to travel approximately 4–5 days per week

Be comfortable with occasional overnight travel
