About This Position
RNs and LPNs,
Puget Sound Care is hiring licensed nurses (LPNs and RNs) for evening and noc shifts in our 4-Star skilled nursing facility located in West Olympia. We pride ourselves on the quality care we provide our residents and comradery of our staff. We provide both Long-Term Care and Short-Term Acute Care. We are a very family-friendly company and work around a lot of varying life schedules. LPNs start at $36/hr, and RN's start at $44/hr. These are always negotiable and based on years of experience. We also provide very reasonable shift differentials! We offer health/vision/dental/life/401k benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.
Job Duties:
Ensure assigned residents receive their medications and treatments as ordered in their respective care plans
Directs NACs to ensure completion of assigned tasks
Follows center's policies and policies related to infection control and safety
Ensures timely completion of all charting is done in PCC daily before end of shift
Completion of all assigned assessments as ordered from RCM and/or DNS
Qualifications:
Current active LPN or RN state licensure without enforcement action
Ability to speak, understand, read and write English proficiently
Ability to furnish a minimum of two favorable professional references
