Premier Care Center is 99-bed Skilled Nursing Facility, 4 Star Quality Measures in the beautiful in the City of Palm Springs. Our goal is to embrace new team members by celebrating them on their first day, completing timely evaluations for growth opportunities, and having a open door policy for any ideas/concerns we can work on together.
Requirements: Must possess a current active license to practice as an LVN in California. 2 years or more experience as an LVN in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Current CPR certification.
Job Description: Assist licensed nursing personnel (i.e., RNs, LPNs, and Nurse Aides) in obtaining in-service training to keep their license current in accordance with state law. Provide in-service training as necessary/required.
Develop and direct orientation programs for all personnel, in accordance with our established policies and procedures.
Maintain a productive working relationship with the medical profession and other health related facilities and organizations.
