Compensation
$40 - $45/hour DOE

What You'll Do
Build meaningful one-on-one relationships while providing skilled nursing care in patients' homes
Assess patient needs, administer treatments, medications, and wound care services
Educate and empower patients and families to manage their health with confidence
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care team members to deliver outstanding care
Document visits accurately and maintain compliance with clinical standards
Help patients remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes
Requirements
Current Washington LPN License
Home Health or Hospice experience preferred, but not required
Current BLS Certification
Valid driver's license and insured vehicle
