Hospice RN Case Manager
Location: Milwaukee County
Pay: Up to $45/hr and a $10,000 sign on bonus

5-6 visits/day
Monday-Friday 40 hours
No routine on-call or weekends. Limited to vacation and sick coverage.
Dedicated after-hours on-call team
Company vehicle provided
Milwaukee County only
Collaborative, supportive IDG
Hospice Experience not required.
