About This Position

Are you a compassionate and dedicated LPN/RN looking for an opportunity to work in a growing and innovative mental health and wellness practice? Northwest Healing & Wellness is seeking a qualified LPN/RN to join our team in Bellevue. Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8:30am - 6:30pm. No night shift, swing shift, on call!

We are entering an exciting period of growth as we expand access to evidence-based and emerging treatment options for patients with depression, anxiety, PTSD, chronic pain, and other difficult-to-treat conditions.

Our current services include IV ketamine therapy, Spravato (esketamine), psychiatric medication management, and vitamin infusions, with TMS coming soon. We have also recently expanded our insurance accessibility through new in-network contracts, allowing us to serve a broader range of patients and continue growing our mental health services.

Our goal is to build a comprehensive mental health and wellness practice where patients can access multiple treatment options in one supportive, coordinated environment.

We offer competitive pay, paid vacation, sick pay, paid holidays, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401(k) matching, and a strong work/life balance.

Who We Are

Northwest Healing & Wellness is a nurse practitioner-led mental health and wellness practice focused on providing innovative, evidence-based treatment in a compassionate and patient-centered environment.

We specialize in helping patients who may not have found adequate relief through traditional treatment alone. Our services currently include:

IV ketamine therapy

Spravato (esketamine)

Psychiatric medication management

Vitamin infusions

TMS coming soon

As our clinical offerings continue to expand, so does access to care. We have recently secured in-network insurance contracts for select services, which represents an important step in making advanced mental health treatment more accessible to the communities we serve.

We are continuing to grow intentionally within the mental wellness space, with a focus on providing patients with more treatment options, greater continuity of care, and a high-quality clinical experience.

Who We Need

We are seeking compassionate LPNs (Licensed Practical Nurses) and RNs who are interested in mental health, interventional psychiatry, and innovative treatment modalities.

This role may involve caring for patients receiving IV ketamine therapy, Spravato, vitamin infusions, and other clinical services within the nurse's appropriate scope and established protocols.

As Northwest Healing & Wellness continues to grow, nurses on our team will also have opportunities to gain exposure to additional services, including TMS and other treatment programs introduced in the future.

This position offers a unique opportunity to combine hands-on nursing, behavioral health, patient education, and relationship-based care in a setting outside of the traditional hospital environment.

We offer 10-hour shifts and may also have opportunities for Saturday shifts. Availability to occasionally assist at other clinic locations for vacation coverage is highly valued but not required.

We are looking for nurses who want to stay with us long-term, develop expertise in this evolving area of healthcare, and contribute to a collaborative and supportive team culture.

Who You Are

As a key member of our clinical team, you will work under the direction of the onsite ARNP and within established clinical protocols and guidelines.

Depending on the treatment being provided, your responsibilities may include starting IVs, administering infusions, monitoring patients receiving Spravato, obtaining and documenting vital signs, providing patient education, supporting medication administration within appropriate scope, and assisting with other clinic services.

Clinical competence is essential, but excellent patient care extends beyond completing clinical tasks.

Many of our patients come to us after struggling with their symptoms for an extended period of time. Creating an environment where patients feel safe, respected, comfortable, and genuinely supported is a critical part of this role.

We are looking for nurses who combine sound clinical judgment with compassion, emotional intelligence, and exceptional patient care.
