Full-Time | 2026–2027 School Year | ASAP Start
KindSpire Education is seeking a dependable and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1:1 nursing support to a student in a school setting in the Seattle, WA area.
Schedule & Position Details
RN Pay: $50–52/hour (Starting - More Can be Requested)
LPN Pay: $46–48/hour
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 7:55 AM–2:25 PM
Wednesday: 7:55 AM–1:10 PM
Transportation: Approximately 45–60 minutes daily
Full-time school-year position
ASAP start available
1:1 student nursing support
Provide nursing care and health monitoring throughout the school day
Collaborate with teachers, school staff, families, and the student's care team
Follow the student's established healthcare and safety plans
Maintain appropriate nursing documentation
Qualifications
Active Washington RN or LPN license in good standing
Current BLS/CPR certification
Pediatric, school nursing, 1:1, special education, or medically complex experience preferred
Strong communication and documentation skills
Reliable, patient, compassionate, and comfortable working independently
Ability to collaborate effectively with school staff and the student's support team
Comfortable providing nursing support during transportation
