Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Up to $7,000 Sign-On Bonus!

Compensation & Bonuses:
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $7,000 (First payout after 30 days based on attendance/hours; paid over 1 year).
Shift Differentials: Additional $5.00/hr for NOC shift (included in wage range) | Additional $1.50/hr for weekends.
Premium Overtime Pay: Time-and-a-half for call-ins | Double time on holidays | Triple time on select holidays.
Extra Incentives: Annual bonus, attendance bonuses, and a discounted YMCA membership.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality clinical care, including assessments, medication ordering, transcribing physician orders, and taking vital signs.
Maintain accurate resident charting and documentation.
Delegate tasks and coordinate care based on resident needs.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members.
Foster a warm, home-like environment for our residents.
Qualifications:
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
Active, unencumbered Wisconsin RN license (out-of-state license transfer assistance available).
Strong communication, leadership, and multi-tasking skills.
Dependable, compassionate, and a dedicated team player.
