* Maintaining optimum health and well-being of one patient so he can continue to live in his family home.
* Documentation and implementation of a specific individual plan of care.
Hours negotiable ranging from 12-24 hours per week
Schedule flexible but must be willing to work one to two weekends per month.
Rate of pay:
LPN $29.75
RN $44.63
