We are recruiting .9 FTE NIGHT shift, 48 hours of weekend shifts per 6-week schedule, 2 holidays, previous RN experience preferred, passion for critical care.

The ICU Grafton is completely different than any other ICU; we are a community hospital with a "teaching hospital" environment. Our intensivists have students which offers constant teaching and learning for our amazing nurses. ICU Grafton is the cardiac receiving hospital between Green Bay and Milwaukee. We need to be ready at all times! Our ICU nurses are trained in CVVH, Balloon Pumps, Swan Ganz Catheters and so much more. Our nurses not only develop professionally but they also enjoy working with their team. Our unit is a family, and we support each other.

We are a level 3 Trauma center, and our patient population also includes a variety of acutely ill medical patients requiring CRRT, IABP, induced hypothermia, rapid infusion for emergent fluid or blood for volume loss.
We are an accredited stroke and chest pain center with tele-stroke resources and 24/7 interventional cardiologist.
We have a robust orientation program with a dedicated ICU educator and CV coordinator here to support your growth and development.
