Assisted Living Nurse (RN)
Full Time with Benefits: 72-80 hours per 2 week pay period
Weekdays; occasional night or weekend to connect with staff or fill in shifts
Flexible scheduling, allowing 4 longer days in the week if preferred
Participates in nurse on-call rotation; includes 1 weekday per week 6pm-6am
Assisted Living Nurse (RN)
Eagle Crest Communities is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as the Assisted Living Nurse! The Registered Nurse has the unique opportunity to create a fun and positive atmosphere for both residents and our team of nursing professionals.
This position is responsible for providing high quality clinical care and services to our Assisted Living and Independent Living+ residents, from admission assessments through discharge, consistent with regulations and established best practices.
What You’ll Do
Provide a continuum of quality and compassionate care to meet the physical, social and spiritual needs of our residents
Provide care supervision and leadership and delegation to licensed and unlicensed staff in the provision of care.
Assist in supervising the RCAC staff, to include training, back-up payroll, performance management, in-services and monthly staff meetings
What You’ll Need
Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin, or the ability to obtain licensure by the established start date.
2-3 years of experience in a leadership and/or supervisory capacity in healthcare or a related field; preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge in gerontological nursing, rehabilitative and restorative clinical practices; preferred.
Must have great communication skills that allow effective and professional conversations among staff, the public, residents, pharmacies, etc.
Valid driver's license; must maintain a safe driving record.
Experience working with computers and the ability and willingness to adapt to new software and programs.
Our Wages
Starting Wage: $41.00 +
Wage based on individual qualifications, education, and experience that the successful candidate brings.
