About This Position

We are building a new Home Health Agency and looking for a dedicated Director of Nursing to help us prepare for our Medicare certification and future patient care operations. During this early stage, the DON will serve on‑call for survey readiness and later transition into full leadership responsibilities.You’ll Help With:

Survey readiness and compliance

Supporting agency development

Leading clinical operations once active

Ensuring high‑quality care for our Palm Springs community

You Bring:

California RN license

Home health or leadership experience

Reliability and strong communication skills

Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
