About This Position
Experienced RN/LPN - Pediatric & Integrative Medicine
Centered in Wellness is a concierge-style, multidisciplinary integrative family medicine clinic located in Kirkland, WA. Our clinic is owned and operated by Cynthia Keller, MD, whose primary specialty is pediatrics. Dr. Keller also holds board certifications in Integrative Medicine and Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine.
Our clinic brings together practitioners from a variety of disciplines—including pediatric care, naturopathy, acupuncture, and massage therapy—to work collaboratively as a team and provide personalized care for our patients and their families.
We are looking for an experienced nurse who is organized, resourceful, eager to learn and genuinely passionate about caring for children and their families. The ideal candidate will be confident in their nursing skills while also being comfortable working in a collaborative care environment.
Dr. Keller is a well-known educator in the fields of peptides, cellular medicine, gastrointestinal health, longevity medicine, and regenerative health and believes strongly in including every member of the clinic team in the patient-care experience and is passionate about sharing her knowledge with her staff. Our team members have the opportunity to learn directly from Dr. Keller while working alongside practitioners from multiple disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
The RN/LPN will work closely with Dr. Keller and the team and will be responsible for a variety of patient-care and clinical support functions, including:
Phone triage: Assessing patient calls, determining the appropriate level of care, communicating concerns to Dr. Keller, and providing appropriate follow-up.
Patient care and family support: Monitoring and reporting patient symptoms, changes, or concerns; communicating with Dr. Keller; and providing education, guidance, and emotional support to patients and their families.
Treatments and immunizations: Administering treatments and immunizations as directed and ordered by Dr. Keller.
Patient records: Maintaining complete, accurate, and timely patient records in the EHR.
Teamwork: Collaborating closely with Dr. Keller and our multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional, coordinated patient care.

Tuesday–Friday, 9–10 hours per day
