Registered Nurse (RN III)
Job Summary
Provides professional nursing care, supports patient treatment plans, and collaborates with healthcare teams to promote safe, effective patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
Assess patient needs and provide appropriate nursing care.
Administer medications and treatments according to established procedures.
Monitor patient conditions and document care accurately.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Educate patients and families on care plans and health management.
Follow clinical, safety, and regulatory standards.
Requirements
Current registered nurse license.
Relevant clinical nursing experience.
5 years experience on inpatient hospital side
2 years UM experience
Ability to manage high case loads
Ability to assess patient conditions and respond appropriately.
Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare environment.
Skill
Patient assessment and care planning.
Medication administration and clinical documentation.
Patient and family education.
Care coordination and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Summary Qualification
Qualified registered nurse with the ability to deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care.
Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
Effective communicator who can manage competing patient-care priorities.
