Responsibilities
- Monitor telemetry and respond promptly to changes in patient condition.
- Provide nursing care for patients in a Med Surg setting.
- Administer medications and treatments according to orders and established protocols.
- Document patient status, care provided, and pertinent clinical information.
- Coordinate with the care team to support safe, timely patient care.
Requirements
- Active RN licensure.
- Telemetry/telemetry monitoring experience preferred.
- Ability to work NOC hours (1900-0730).
- Basic proficiency with electronic documentation and clinical systems.
