  • Provide direct patient care and monitor patient status in a progressive care/medical-surgical setting.
  • Assess, document, and report changes in condition according to unit workflow.
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to support care plans and daily goals.
  • Maintain patient safety and follow established infection prevention and clinical protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.

Requirements

  • Active RN licensure
  • Experience working in a progressive care and/or medical-surgical environment
  • Ability to work NOC shift (1900-0730)
