Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care for patients in Labor & Delivery in alignment with unit protocols.
- Monitor patients and respond to changing clinical conditions.
- Assist with patient assessments, documentation, and care coordination.
- Support safe, compassionate care throughout the childbirth process.
- Maintain communication with the care team to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure required.
- BLS certification required.
- Experience in Labor & Delivery/L&D preferred.
- Ability to work a night shift (1900–0730).
