Responsibilities
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes in patient status.
- Provide bedside nursing care for adult medical-surgical patients in a telemetry setting.
- Assess patients, document clinical information accurately, and communicate updates to the care team.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and provider orders.
- Coordinate care needs and support safe, efficient unit operations.
Requirements
- RN license (in good standing)
- Telemetry/telemetry-monitoring experience preferred (or readiness to work in a telemetry environment)
- Ability to provide safe, patient-centered care and maintain accurate documentation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
