About Us
The SMP Health-St. Raphael is a 170 bed long-term care facility located in the heart of Valley City, ND. We are sponsored by the Sisters of Mary of the Presentation Health System, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to helping communities provide quality health care services along with Christian compassion. We are a Catholic facility comprised of around 260 dedicated employees who come together as a team to provide quality and compassionate care to our residents.

General Job Duties
Coordinates and directs care of an assigned group of residents according to physicians orders and facility practices. Provides accurate, timely documentation to support care plans and oversees the staff on the floor.

· Pass medication
· Monitor Residents health
· Document residents daily activities
· Manage Floor
· Provide Treatments
Qualifications
Must hold a current license in the state of North Dakota, LPN or RN
Must be CPR certified.
IV certification is preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $28.50 - $44.75 per hour
