About This Position

Pinnacle Alliances is immediately hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for premium travel and local contract assignments throughout Washington State. Whether you are an experienced travel nurse or looking to transition into your first high-paying contract, we offer top-tier hourly compensation, flexible scheduling, and a streamlined onboarding process.     Available Specialties & Settings:We are actively filling shifts in the following areas:

  • Critical & Emergency Care: ER, ICU, CVICU, Trauma, PACU, PCU
  • Surgical Services: OR, Perioperative, Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology
  • Women’s Health & Pediatrics: L&D, NICU, PICU, Pediatrics, OB
  • Step-Down & Medical Units: Med-Surg, Telemetry, Oncology, Infusion, Wound Care

    Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, individualized nursing care to patients within your designated specialty.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Administer medications, monitor for side effects, and maintain precise medical records.
  • Perform clinical tasks including starting IVs, inserting catheters, and changing surgical dressings.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and quickly report clinical changes or adverse reactions.
  • Educate patients and families on post-operative care, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
  • Utilize electronic patient management systems (e-MDs Chart, Mediexcel, Epic, or equivalent) for accurate charting.

    Job Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of active experience as an RN in a hospital or acute care setting (Preferred).
  • Licensure: Active Washington State RN License or valid Compact/Multistate License.
  • Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS certifications (NIHSS preferred for critical care units).
  • Education: Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
