The LPN Charge Nurse is responsible for the direction and delivery of care for the residents on assigned units in accordance with professional standards of practice, federal and state regulations and facility standards and processes. The LPN Charge Nurse is responsible for ensuring residents assessments; cares and documentation are in accordance with the resident’s care plan and to meet the changing needs of the resident.

Pay: $27.00 - $36.00 per hour
