THE ROLE
We are hiring a full-time LPN for the day shift. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical care to our residents and supporting the overall health and well-being of those in our community.
Responsibilities include:
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor and document resident health status and changes in condition
- Coordinate care planning with interdisciplinary team members
- Perform wound care, vital signs, and other clinical assessments
- Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare providers
- Supervise and guide CNAs on shift
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Active LPN license in the state of Wisconsin (required)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or a related setting (preferred)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- A genuine passion for elder care and resident dignity
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Pay: $25–$30 per hour
- Schedule: Day shift, full-time
- PTO and paid holidays
