About This Position
We are looking for a full time, LPN! The Pines Post Acute & Memory Care is a 50-bed Nursing Home focusing on Short Term Rehabilitation and Memory Care nestled among 17 acres of beautiful country in Clintonville, WI. Pay: LPN rate is $31-$35/hr. will include working every other weekend
Hours:
PM - 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:
Medication administration
Evaluation of long term care and rehab residents
Applying treatments necessary to meet the needs of residents
Observing residents and appropriately documenting
Ability to care for residents in a manner that is: patient and respectful regardless of residents cooperation
Follow safety guidelines
Skills
MUST have an LPN license
Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
Excellent knowledge of emergency care
In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times

Our facility follows the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services’ COVID-19 vaccination requirement.
