We are looking for a part time RN or LPN! The Pines Post Acute & Memory Care is a 50-bed Nursing Facility focusing on Short Term Rehabilitation and Memory Care nestled among 17 acres of beautiful country in Clintonville, WI. RN Pay:$37-$42/hr.
LPN Pay: $31-$35/hr.

Our facility follows the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services’ COVID-19 vaccination requirement. The regulation requires all facility employees and contractors to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or to be granted an exemption based on an approved request for a medical or religious exemption.
Pay: $31.00 - $45.00 per hour
