Registered Nurse (RN) – Aesthetic Injector

Urban Unwind is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Aesthetic Injector to join our medical aesthetics and wellness team.
We are looking for an RN who is professional, dependable, patient-focused, and excited about medical aesthetics. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing safe, high-quality patient care.
Previous aesthetic experience is preferred, but not required. Urban Unwind is willing to train the right RN who has a strong clinical background, excellent judgment, and a genuine interest in medical aesthetics.
Responsibilities
Perform aesthetic injectable treatments within the RN’s authorized scope and Urban Unwind’s clinical protocols
Provide neuromodulator/Botox treatments when appropriately trained, authorized, and clinically indicated
Provide dermal filler treatments when appropriately trained, authorized, and clinically indicated
Perform microneedling treatments
Perform IPL, laser, and other approved light- or energy-based aesthetic treatments once appropriately trained and authorized
Participate in patient consultations and treatment planning with the appropriate licensed medical provider
Review relevant patient history and ensure required clinical documentation and assessments are completed
Educate patients regarding treatments, expectations, aftercare, and follow-up
Perform appropriate pre- and post-treatment documentation
Maintain accurate and timely patient charts
Follow all established clinical policies, procedures, standing orders, and safety protocols
Maintain proper infection-control and treatment-room standards
Recognize and appropriately escalate complications or patient concerns
Maintain competency through continuing education and hands-on training
Assist with inventory monitoring and organization of injectable and clinical supplies
Work collaboratively with Nurse Practitioners, the Medical Director, nursing staff, estheticians, and support staff
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining patient privacy and professionalism
Qualifications
Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in North Dakota, or ability to obtain one
Current BLS/CPR certification
Strong nursing assessment, communication, and documentation skills
Professional, dependable, and patient-focused
Ability to work independently within established protocols while collaborating with the clinical team
Aesthetic injecting experience preferred, but not required
Neuromodulator/Botox experience preferred, but not required
Dermal filler experience preferred, but not required
Microneedling experience preferred, but not required
IPL, laser, and other energy-based device experience preferred, but not required
Previous experience in aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, wellness, or a related clinical setting preferred, but not required
Willingness to complete required training, competency validation, and continuing education for services performed

We are continuing to grow and strengthen our clinical team and are looking for an RN who wants to develop long-term expertise in aesthetics while being part of a collaborative practice.
Job Type: Full-time-32 Hours per week
