The Registered Nurse provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the organization. The nurse maintains the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit. The nurse facilitates the coordination of patient care within the interdisciplinary care team and provides patient education to assure safe patient discharge.
Sign on bonus:
Registered Nurses with less than 1 year experience: $12,000 Registered Nurses with more than 1 year experience: $20,000
