Direct Hire | Full-Time | Night Shift
Facility is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a permanent, full-time overnight position. Position Overview
Permanent, full-time role
36 hours per week
12-hour overnight shifts
Long-term care and skilled nursing setting
May serve as Charge Nurse as needed
Shift Details
Night shift

Every other weekend rotation
Holiday rotation required
Additional shift differentials for overnights and weekends
Compensation & Incentives
Hourly range: $32.50 – $48.00 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
Provide individualized nursing care utilizing the nursing process
Perform resident assessments, care planning, implementation, and evaluation
Collaborate with residents, families, providers, and interdisciplinary teams
Coordinate resident care and provide patient and family education
Administer treatments and nursing interventions according to established standards
Delegate appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel
Support safe, effective, and compassionate resident care delivery
Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in clinical status
Maintain compliance with nursing standards, policies, and regulations
Function within the Nurse Practice Act and professional nursing standards
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Dakota or multistate compact licensure
Ability to maintain required competencies and certifications
Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
