Facility is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a permanent, full-time overnight position. This opportunity offers a consistent schedule and the chance to provide compassionate, resident-centered care within a supportive long-term care environment.

Compensation & Incentives
Hourly range: $24.00 – $36.00 (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Assist with resident assessments and care planning
Monitor resident health, safety, and comfort
Document resident care, medication administration, and outcomes accurately
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Educate residents and family members regarding care plans and treatment recommendations
Recognize changes in resident conditions and respond appropriately
Maintain confidentiality and professional standards of care
Provide technical and clinical support as needed
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
Associate Degree in Practical Nursing preferred
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with state nursing board or multistate licensure privileges
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have completed supervised clinical training or possess a minimum of 400 hours of LPN experience
IV Therapy certification/training if required by position and state regulations
Ability to maintain required competencies, certifications, and continuing education requirements
