We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a Long-Term Care (LTC) team on a travel contract. The ideal candidate will provide quality nursing care to residents during overnight hours while collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety, comfort, and well-being.
Job Details
Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care (LTC)
Location: Beaver City, Nebraska
Shift: Night Shift – 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Schedule: 12-hour shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Shift Type: Nights
Requirements
Active LPN license required
Previous Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Reliable attendance and commitment to the assignment
Flexibility to work additional hours or overtime when needed
Candidates with previous successful contract experience are highly preferred
Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies
Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly
Complete accurate documentation and maintain patient records
Collaborate with nurses, providers, and interdisciplinary team members
Assist with care planning and ensure compliance with safety standards
Support residents with compassion, dignity, and respect throughout their care

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
Experience:
Previous Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility: 1 year (Preferred)
