About This Position

We are looking for a PM shift Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to work Monday through Friday. This will be a full-time position. This position will include working on the floor one weekend per month. Greentree Health & Rehabilitation Center offers compassionate senior care here in Clintonville, WI. Pay: LPN range - $31 - $34, RN range - $37 - $42

Hours: 2pm to 10p; will include one weekend per month

Job duties:

Medication administration

Evaluation of long term care and rehab residents

Applying treatments necessary to meet the needs of residents

Observing residents and appropriately documenting

Ability to care for residents in a manner that is: patient and respectful regardless of residents cooperation

Follow safety guidelines

MUST: be capable of maintaining regular attendance

Requires ability to lift at least 25 pounds

Safely utilize equipment

Participate in emergency fire or disaster drills

Follow universal safety precaution

Requirements: - Valid Wisconsin registered nurse (RN) license or licensed practical nurse (LPN) license - Knowledge of PCC is a plus - Experience in memory care is preferred
