We are looking for a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about enriching lives through nursing care and have an active CNA certificate, we would love to hear from you.
Certified Nursing Assistant will provide each assigned member with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the members assessment and care plan to include health care monitoring, therapeutic services, good nutrition, and as directed by the Director of Nursing. We will deliver care to members whose age ranges from young adults (19 to 59) to geriatrics (60+) and assist with promoting compassionate physical and psychosocial environment for members. You will have the opportunity to impact the health and wellbeing of the people directly and positively through the provision of professional nursing services. You will help to create an atmosphere of health, well-being, purpose, and meaning. You will be responsible for providing high quality clinical care to our members.

Key Responsibilities of Our CNA’s
Provide members with personal toileting assistance.
Provide daily living activities: assist with meals, feeding, fresh water, and nourishment.
Provide comfort to members: positioning and repositioning patients as needed or desired.
Perform I&O: check for vitals and weight.
Utilize resources safely and efficiently.
Maintain a safe, clean, and attractive environment for members & co-workers.
Transport members and equipment as needed around the facility.
Promptly and politely answer members’ requests.
Report observations of a member to the nurse in charge of the patient to ensure professional assessments.
Instill confidence in members by maintaining a positive attitude, neat and clean appearance, and competent and caring performance.
Perform other duties as assigned and/or required.
In special areas, perform duties as defined on specialized skill set.
With specialized training and written approval, may perform additional and specialized tasks pertinent to the assigned area.
Schedule
Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, generally
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week.
Requirements
What You'll Need - the Minimums:

Ability to lift, push or pull at least 50 pounds.
Ability to bend, twist, squat, kneel, and reach.
Experience:
CNA/Nursing: 1 year (preferred)
License/Certification:
An active state-required CNA certification
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
