About This Position
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, coordinate, and direct our infection control program in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern such requirements in nursing care facilities.
- Interpret infection control policies and procedures as necessary, implement and enforce policies throughout the facility
- Document patient information, including medical history, symptoms, and treatment plans.
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, medications, and self-care techniques.
Experience:
- Infection Prevention Certified.
- Valid nursing license in the state of California.
- SNF experience preferred.
-Sub-acute experience preferred.
- Proficient in medical terminology and documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
