About This Position

LVN Home Health Visit — Part-Time

Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Setting: Home Health Patients: 1 patient only Schedule: 2 visits per week Pay: $40 per visit

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate LVN to provide skilled nursing visits for one home health patient.

The LVN will provide care according to the patient's individualized plan of care, document each visit, monitor the patient's condition, and communicate any changes or concerns to the appropriate care team.

Requirements

Current, active LVN license

Home health experience preferred

Reliable transportation

Strong communication and documentation skills

Compassionate and dependable

Able to commit to 2 visits per week for one patient

Compensation: $40 per completed visit.
