About This Position
Pediatric Private Duty LPN/RN – Infant Home Care
Location: 85381
LPN Pay: $31/hour
RN Pay: $40/hour
Team Select Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable LPN or RN to provide 1:1 private duty nursing care for a 5-month-old pediatric patient in the West Valley area.
This is a patient-specific home care opportunity with both day and overnight shifts available. Nurses will provide skilled nursing care and ongoing monitoring in the comfort of the patient's home.
Patient Care Needs:
The nurse will provide care based on the patient's individualized plan of care, including:
NG-tube care and feedings approximately every 3 hours
Suctioning and airway management
Supplemental oxygen management and monitoring
Respiratory and overall patient assessment
Medication administration as ordered
Monitoring for changes in condition
Documentation of care provided
Communication with the family and clinical care team
Available Night Shifts (Priority):
Monday: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Tuesday: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Wednesday: 7:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Friday: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Sunday: 7:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Available Day Shifts
Wednesday, Friday & Sunday
6:00 AM – 6:00 PM or
7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
You do not need to be available for every open shift. We welcome LPNs and RNs interested in one or multiple available shifts.
Qualifications:
Active Arizona LPN or RN license in good standing
Current CPR certification
TB test completed within the last 12 months
Current Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
Current Article 9 certification
Pediatric, private duty, or home health nursing experience preferred
Experience with NG-tube care
