We’re hiring FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME NURSES who want more than a job… they want impact.
Open Roles:
1st Shift: 7am - 3:30pm
2nd Shift: 3pm - 11:30pm
3rd Shift: 11pm - 7:30am
This Isn’t Typical Nursing

Supporting residents and families through meaningful (and sometimes difficult) journeys
Leading a team and shaping the day-to-day experience of care
We serve individuals living with memory loss, and everything we do centers around dignity, patience, and understanding.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Assessing residents and guiding their care with intention
Administering medications and treatments safely and confidently
Leading and supporting CNAs & Resident Assistants
Partnering with families (because they matter too)
Responding to real-time needs with both skill and heart
Bringing energy to our Pathways of Purpose program because engagement is everything

What You’ll Need:
Active nursing license
CPR / First Aid
A team-first mindset
Senior living experience is great, but not required
