Description

American Traveler is hiring an LPN for a long-term care/skilled nursing facility, requiring 2+ years of experience and BLS certification for night shift coverage.

Details

Post-acute long-term care/skilled nursing facility with 42 beds

LTC unit with a patient mix including memory care, dementia, and orthopedic cases

Staffing ratio of 2 nurses during days/evenings and 1 nurse during nights

Uses Point Click Care (PCC) EMR system

Night shift primarily 6p-6:30a, working 8s or 12s

Every other weekend and every other holiday required

No on-call or call-back requirements

Requirements

LPN license required if applicable

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required

Current BLS certification required

Driver's license copy required for consideration

Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months worked and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years worked, including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire
