About This Position
DEPARTMENT: Acute Nursing
Provides quality care for the patients of the Acute Nursing Unit
Provides age-specific and culturally sensitive care to patients
Communicates clearly and concisely with others to meet patients care needs
Takes responsibility for personal and professional growth
Supports and participates in hospital wide quality initiatives
Adheres to regulatory and compliance standards
Current Certified Nursing Assistant certification
BLS certification
Completion of Certified Nursing course
Licensed nursing school in progress or completion
Previous Healthcare experience preferred, but not mandatory
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal, written and listening skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer skills
SHIFT: 12 Hour Shifts (primarily NOC shifts available)
