THE ROLE:
We are seeking Registered Nurses - ICU and ED to join our team! This RN will perform nursing processes with minimal supervision and seek assistance as necessary. Utilizes interpersonal skills to maximize excellence in customer service, safe patient care, and professionalism. Contributes to a work environment of caring and cooperation among a culturally diverse workforce and patient population.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans
Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
Maintain accurate patient medical records
Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members

Qualifications:
Current and valid state RN License.
Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
Current ACLS (AHA) certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred. (Minimum of 1-2 years recent experience)
Ventilator Management experience preferred.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
