About This Position
Lynnwood, WA | 12-Hour Day Shifts, full time Monday-Wednesday
Fast-paced, hands-on nursing care in Lynnwood City Jail.
Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Pay: $35–$45hr DOE
Impact: Intake assessments, med administration, withdrawal monitoring, wound care, and emergency response.
Day Shift Highlights
Conduct intake assessments & reconcile medications
Administer medications and monitor responses
Monitor withdrawal & respond to medical emergencies
Provide wound care & support chronic care management
Document care accurately & maintain confidentiality
Collaborate with custody and healthcare staff
Requirements
Active Washington LPN license
Strong assessment, critical thinking, and time management skills
Comfortable in a secure, fast-paced environment
No correctional experience? Training provided!
