Omaha Surgical Center is seeking candidates for flexible nurses to be cross trained to work in several areas of the surgical center, including peri-op and operating room.
Required:
--Registered Nurse Licensed in Nebraska
--BLS
--ACLS
Preferred:
--Previous ASC experience (Ophthalmology, ENT, Gyn, Ortho, Pain)
Key duties include:
--Circulating cases in the operating room.
--Preparing patients for surgery in the pre-op area
--Recovering & discharging patients after surgery.
--Provides comfort and reassurance to the patient and family and supports the patient's right to privacy, dignity, and confidentiality. Practices exceptional guest relations.
--Seeks new learning experiences by accepting challenging opportunities and responsibilities.
Ideal candidates will be self-starters, and fast learners possessing a positive team-oriented approach to their work.
