Duties
Perform medical esthetic treatments including laser skin therapies, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and other advanced skin rejuvenation procedures.
Administer skincare services such as facials, body waxing, waxing services, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care to enhance clients’ natural beauty.
Assist with patient assessments, develop customized treatment plans, and educate clients on skincare routines and product recommendations.
Ensure strict adherence to sanitation and safety protocols during all procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Conduct product demos and retail sales to educate clients about skincare products and aesthetic devices, boosting client satisfaction and revenue.
Provide excellent client communication by listening attentively to their concerns, explaining treatment options clearly, and ensuring a positive experience from consultation to follow-up.
Support the team with deep tissue massage therapy and other spa services that promote relaxation and wellness.
Qualifications
Valid RN license with experience in dermatology or medical aesthetics preferred; must be licensed according to state regulations.
Cosmetology or esthetician license required; additional certifications in laser treatments or chemical peels are highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of skincare products, spa services, and aesthetic treatments including microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, chemical peels, and facials.
Experience with eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, waxing services (including body waxing), and deep tissue massage is a plus.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively and foster trusting relationships.
Demonstrated commitment to sanitation standards and safety procedures in all treatments.
Sales skills for retail product promotion and client service excellence that drive customer loyalty.

Pay: $32.03 - $60.00 per hour
